Return & Refund Policy – Barhouse

At Barhouse, every order is securely packed and quality-checked to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As we deal in fragile, premium glassware, our return policy is strictly monitored and applicable only under the conditions mentioned below.


1. Return / Claim Window

Any return, replacement, or missing item request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear, continuous unboxing video is compulsory for:

  • Damage in transit

  • Missing items

  • Wrong product received

The video must:

  • Start before opening the shipping box

  • Clearly show all sides of the sealed package

  • Show the product being removed from the box

❌ Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.


3. If You Don’t Like the Product

If you wish to return the product because:

  • You did not like it

  • It did not meet your expectations

  • You ordered by mistake

then:

✅ Only store credit will be issued
❌ No refund will be provided

Store credit:

  • Will be issued after the product is returned and inspected

  • Can be used for future purchases on our website

Return shipping charges in such cases must be borne by the customer.


4. Eligible Cases for Replacement

We offer free replacement in the following cases:

  • Product received damaged

  • Missing item in the package

  • Wrong product delivered

This is subject to:

  • Verification of the unboxing video

  • Approval by Team Barhouse

No refunds will be issued in these cases.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Eligible Situations

Returns / replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items


6. Return Process

Returns must be approved by our team before shipping the product back.

Any product sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

The product must be returned in:

  • Original packaging

  • Proper protective packing

If the returned product is damaged due to poor packaging, the request will be rejected.


7. Refund Policy

We maintain a replacement-first policy.

Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is not available.

Approved refunds:

  • Will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 7–10 working days

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


8. COD Order Policy

  • COD orders that are refused at the time of delivery will lead to COD being disabled for future orders.

  • Barhouse reserves the right to cancel future orders from such customers.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


10. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors.
Delays in transit do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
