RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Because we're serious about glassware—and fairness.

At BARHOUSE, we take quality seriously. Every product goes through checks before it reaches your doorstep. But hey, we get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. If that happens, we’ve got your back, with clear rules and zero confusion.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


📦 Return Requests:

  • Returns are not free. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After that, sorry—no exceptions.


🎥 Missing or Damaged Product Claims:

  • No unboxing video = No claim.
    We only accept damage or missing product complaints if they are backed by a clear, unedited unboxing video, recorded from the moment you open the sealed package.

  • The video must show each item being removed from the box. If it's not in the video, we consider it delivered.


🔥 Items Bought on Sale:

  • Sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE.
    No returns, no refunds, no exchanges. We mean it.


🚚 Shipping Delays:

  • We work with trusted third-party couriers.

  • If there’s a delay, we’ll provide you with tracking—but BARHOUSE is not liable for courier issues or delivery timelines.

  • Got a rush order? Contact us before placing the order.


🚫 Cancellations & Alterations:

  • Once an order crosses 8 hours, it’s locked in.

  • If your order is already packed or shipped, and you refuse delivery, it will be considered a return at your cost.

  • Prepaid orders: Refused at doorstep = no refund.

  • COD orders: If refused, we reserve the right to blacklist your address for future orders.

  • Want it delivered again? You’ll pay for repacking + re-shipping.


📦 Return Packaging Guidelines:

  • Returned products must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With all original tags, labels & paperwork

  • No box = No return.


💸 Refunds & Credits:

  • Refunds are issued only for damaged items, verified via unboxing video.

  • For all other approved returns, store credit will be issued.

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.


✅ Return Approval is Mandatory

  • Don't send anything back without approval.

  • You must get your return request approved by our team first—no exceptions.
